Joint Orientation

Welcome to Community Memorial Joint Orientation!

Joint Orientation

Before surgery, joint replacement patients attend a free, comprehensive pre-surgery orientation led by your Community Memorial health care team. The perspective and advice shared includes what to wear after surgery, how to prepare your home for the recovery process, sample exercises, how to care for your new joint and what equipment or supplies you might need. Patients who attend Joint Orientation prior to surgery typically have a better experience and recovery.
