Community Service Plan
As required by legislative mandate, Community Memorial Hospital has a Community Service Plan, which has been approved by the Hospital's Board of Trustees and sent to the New York State Department of Health. This document includes pertinent information regarding the following:
- inpatient and outpatient medical services
- educational programs available to the community
- statements concerning various aspects of the Hospital's management
- mission and vision statements
- statement of financial resources, including charity care provided by the Hospital

Gold Seal
In 2006 the hospital was again awarded the Gold Seal by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
This is a nationwide seal of approval that indicates a hospital meets high performance standards.
